I have eluded to this previously, Snacks can be a massive downfall your weight loss journey, mainly when we're bored or grabbing food on the go. The more organised we get with planning our food, the more likely you are to stay on track and achieve our goals. This does not mean we can't enjoy a snack or treat, if you are good 90% of the time you can quite easily afford to include these treats. Its about being mindful and aware that all your hard work can be undone with 3 or 4 bad choices in a week.
