Saturday morning session 02/05/20

A great morning session where we went international with Judoka joining us from France as well as many judo players from around the UK


Good mix of combination Uchikomi and Ne Waza drills. Finishing the session with a HIIT session comprising of 5 exercises 30secs on each and 1 min rest after circuit x 3 rounds
