LJA HIIT - Variation to a fallen heroes workout

Each round gets progressively harder with an additional exercise, do it for best time possible!

1 - 10 Burpees

2 - 10 Burpees, 25 Press Ups

3 - 10 Burpees, 25 Press Ups, 50 Frog Sit Ups

4 - 10 Burpees, 25 Press Ups, 50 Frog Sit Ups, 100 Mountain Climbers

5 - 10 Burpees, 25 Press Ups, 50 Frog Sit Ups, 100 Mountain Climbers, 150 Squats



We added a couple of extra rounds at the end for good measure
