Footwork Timing Drill

Old school foot Sweep Timing Drill. You only need a tennis ball to work with

Hold the ball out in front of line of vision, keep looking straight ahead and sweep the ball as it hits the ground. Do it against a wall so you don't have to chase the ball!!
